Students will learn <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: MarkPro-Book, sans-serif;color: #262626\">how Nolan&rsquo;s Ned Kelly series has a strong narrative presence but also reflects his own life and the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: MarkPro-Book, sans-serif;color: #262626\">world of violence and injustice, with a particular emphasis on examining the living and working <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: MarkPro-Book, sans-serif;color: #262626\">conditions for people living in 19th century colonial Australia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: MarkPro-Book, sans-serif;color: #262626\">Students will explore the main aspects of Nolan&rsquo;s Ned Kelly series and his purpose for creating <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: MarkPro-Book, sans-serif;color: #262626\">these works of art which encompass Australian history inclusive of Indigenous Australians, the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: MarkPro-Book, sans-serif;color: #262626\">Australian landscape and European modern art.
